Tax-Free Shopping Day - August 3-5

Ohio's tax free weekend starts on Friday, August 3, 2018 at 12:00 a.m. and ends on Sunday, August 5, 2018 at 11:59 p.m. This special weekend is now a permanent sales tax holiday on the first Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of August each year. During the holiday, the following items are exempt from sales and use tax:
  >Clothing priced at $75 per item or less,

  >School supplies priced at $20 per item or less; and
  >School instructional material priced at $20 per item or less.


New Parent Open House - Tuesday, August 14

 All new parents to the 2018-2019 school year are invited to attend this informative event. It begins at 7:00pm in the gym and will be a time to get information and tips on a successful school year and meet other new families. Children need not attend.


Ice Cream Social - Monday, August 20

Every year begins with the ice cream social! All parents and students, new and current, can come to the school anytime between 5:30pm and 7:15pm to
  > drop off all student school supplies in the classroom
  > meet the teacher and other parents and students
  > enjoy fellowship and ice cream while the children hit the playground!


First Day of School

Wednesday, August 22 for students in grades K-8. Students should go DIRECTLY to their classrooms and be there by the 8:30am bell. Please enter through the doors under the walkway. On Thursday, students should go directly to the cafeteria for morning supervision before 8:30am.

Thursday, August 23 for Pre-Kindergarten students. Parents should bring the students in the main entrance and walk them to the classroom between 8:00am and 8:30am. Students should be present by the 8:30am bell.
