Helping Families by Investing In Them


At VCA, we make every effort to help keep the cost of education affordable to our families by offering financial aid to those demonstrating need.
We utilize the services of FACTS Grants & Aid (a third party company) who specializes in assessing the needs of families and then reports its findings to our school. The company charges a $30 non-refundable fee.
All awards are offered based on both family need and available funds.
A majority of the financial aid awards are made in May for the following school year, but applications are accepted at any time throughout the year, as new students apply or financial circumstances change.

Requesting General Financial Aid for tuition help:

Anyone who has been accepted to VCA can apply for general financial aid for help with tuition. This kind of aid is only applied to tuition, not fees. To apply:

1) Download and read the Financial Aid application letter.

2) Download and complete the VCA Financial Aid Information Form.

3) Login through Parentsweb and complete the FACTS online Financial Aid application.


Requesting Multi-Student Aid
(for those families with three or more children):

1) Download and read the Multi-Student Aid letter.

2) Download and complete the Multi-Student Aid Application.
