Tuition Assistance
Helping Families by Investing In Them
At VCA, we make every effort to keep the cost of education affordable to our families. For families demonstrating need, we offer tuition assistance.
Our process utilizes the services of C.F.A. (a third-party company) who specializes in assessing the needs of families and reports their assessment to the school. Each family acquires an application (available upon request through the Business Office) and completes the C.F.A. application sheet, sending it and the accompanying fee ($34) to the company.
In addition to C.F.A, VCA also asks each family to provide financial background information on a form directly turned in to the Business Office. This information, along with the report received from C.F.A., are prayerfully considered by our Tuition Assistance Committee.
Assistance awards are offered based on need and available funds.
A large disbursement of assistance is awarded in late May for the following school year, although applications are accepted at any time throughout the year as sometimes financial circumstances can change.
