Attention Skiers & Snowboarders!!

GENERAL INFORMATION:
The ski season will be here before we know it! If you are interested in joining the club deadlines are quickly approaching so see the registration instructions above. Visit the Boston Mills/Brandywine website @ www.bmbw.com. The website will answer most of your questions and once again this year, registration will be done on-line through Boston Mills/Brandywine Ski Resorts.
The VCA Ski Club is held after school on Fridays starting on January 6, 2012 from 3:15-7:15 p.m. at Brandywine. With the Ski Club pass you will receive equipment (if needed), 5 lessons, 3 freebie passes (can be used for Polar Blast as well) and continued ski time on Fridays until the season ends. The Ski Club is not only a great opportunity for children, but families skiing together are welcome too. Children must be 8 years old by January 1, 2012 in order to take lessons through the ski club program. Alumni, friends and family members from outside of VCA are welcome to join; however, they must uphold the same high standards of conduct that are required of our students. Contact Beverly for review of non-VCA students prior to signing up.
In addition, parents share carpooling to transport students to the slopes and they must pick up their children after skiing at the slopes @ 7:15. Parents of 2nd and 3rd graders must remain at the ski resort (or designate another parent to be responsible for their child). If you have any questions, the Ski Club Adviser is Beverly Mares. Our new Assistant Adviser this year is Liese Piazza who will be helping with coordinating carpooling and getting students and carpooling parents ready to leave for the slopes after school. We're down to the wire for joining VCA's Ski Club 2011 - 2012!
More people are needed to join in the fun and to keep our club numbers up! The FINAL deadline for registration is on Friday, December 16th for all Club Programs.
First time or experienced skiers, snowboarders and snow bladers are all welcome to join! Non-VCA friends or family members are welcome too! Registration is done online. Please go to the VCA website/Student Life/Ski Club and find the Login and Password. Follow the directions on the www.bmbw.com website.
